Simon is a retail property executive with over 20 years’ experience gained locally and internationally. Simon has solid industry networks and is deal and target driven to maximise the income performance and tenancy outcomes across the Haben property portfolio.

Simon has been heavily involved in repositioning and remixing large retail boxes and neighbourhood centres. Simon’s prior roles include Head of Real Estate for Home Consortium and Chief Development Officer with Guzman Y Gomez for Australia and New Zealand.

Simon has also worked with landlords Westfield, QIC and HSBC Bank where he was also responsible for leasing, remixing and property specific strategic planning to maximise income and valuation. Simon is a member of the Haben Leadership Team.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics) from Queensland University of Technology, is a licensed REA and is a Property Council of Australia Academy Retail Committee Member.
