Haben is a privately owned funds and property management business that specialises in unlocking value from retail shopping centre assets. We are all in on retail investment and play to our strengths in this specialised asset class. Haben has a very successful track record of identifying quality income producing assets with good underlying fundamentals that provide investors with stable income and capital growth. We specialise in adding value with a variety of alternative uses.
Haben is one of Australia’s largest privately owned syndicate retail investors, acquiring some significant assets including Wollongong Central (NSW), Casey Central (VIC), The Pines Shopping Centre (VIC) and most recently Forest Hill Chase (VIC). Each of these assets offers us the opportunity to focus on what we believe we do best – manage our investments and create value.
