Use of our shopping centre car parks is governed by our Car Park Conditions of Entry. These may be accessed at the above link or via a QR code at each shopping centre entry point.

Our Car Park Conditions of Entry may include: time limits; ticketed or ticketless parking (including licence plate recognition); any fees and charges; and enforcement measures for non-compliance.

If you submit content (e.g. via forms or enquiries):

  • you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content for business purposes;

  • you warrant that the content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

You agree to indemnify us against any loss, damage or liability arising from a breach of these warranties, including any claim that your content infringes the rights of a third party.
