Founded in 2009 by Harold Finger and Ben Finger and headquartered in Sydney, Haben is a specialist property fund manager focused exclusively on retail investment and management. With $3bn worth of assets under management, our 13 shopping centres in Australia are supported by a fully integrated, in‑house platform. We actively manage each asset from acquisition through to leasing, operations and marketing – all with one objective: delivering enduring, sustainable value for our investors.

Currently across our portfolio there is the capacity for over 2000 dwellings in various stages of design and approval.
