Sarah Dempsey.
General Manager Capital Transactions

Sarah has over 13 years of experience working across capital transactions, investment strategy, due diligence, valuations and analytics. Prior to joining Haben, Sarah worked in senior transaction and investment roles at Centuria – Primewest, Knight Frank and PwC. During this time, she served as project lead for institutional fund mandates and successfully transacted over $4.0 billion of real estate nationally across multiple asset classes.

In her current role as General Manager – Capital Transactions, Sarah is responsible for identifying investment opportunities, carrying out due diligence and overseeing the acquisition of new assets for the Funds Management team.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Property and Marketing and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Property Valuation, from Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia. She is a Certified Valuer accredited by the Australian Property Institute and a licensed Real Estate Agent Sales Representative.
