Daniel has worked with leading Australian and offshore investors and acted for some of Australia’s leading property funds across retail and office assets.

Daniel’s prior real estate projects include Quay Quarter Sydney precinct redevelopment and partial sell-down and Australia’s largest retail transaction involving the acquisition of Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast and 50% of Macquarie Centre in Sydney.

Daniel is an experienced real estate funds management lawyer providing legal support for Haben across funds management, real estate transactions, development and asset management.

Daniel holds a BCom (accounting)/ LLB (Hons) from the University of NSW (UNSW) and is admitted to practise by the NSW Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia.
