Cleveland Central, a neighbourhood centre located south-east of Brisbane, has achieved a remarkable 6-star NABERS Energy rating.
The highest rating possible under the current NABERS framework, this result sees Cleveland Central lead for Energy across the entire Haben portfolio.
To achieve this result, the centre reduced grid electricity use by almost half, largely due to its on-site solar system.
