Being developers at our core, our focus is always on where we can create extra value. We do this by a combination of modest refurbishments, expansions, and by focusing on core plus investments that provide for unlocking significant value through planning multi storey and mixed use outcomes.
Currently across our portfolio there is the capacity for over 2000 dwellings in various stages of design and approval.
We are often the largest single investor within each of our Investment funds. This gives our investors confidence that our goals, expectations and performance criteria are in full alignment.
