Renaud is an experienced investment and asset management professional with over 15 years of experience in retail property. His expertise spans strategic asset positioning, investment management, and leasing across a diverse portfolio, from neighborhood centers to premium CBD assets such as Mid City Centre (NSW) and Rundle Place (SA).

Before joining Haben, Renaud held roles at Scentre Group and Fortius Funds Management, followed by Growthpoint Properties Australia (after their purchase of Fortius), where he led retail functions within the funds management platform.

In his current role, Renaud is responsible for driving fund performance and executing investment management objectives across Haben’s portfolio.

He holds a Bachelor of Business from Southern Cross University (NSW) and a Master’s in Property from the University of Newcastle (NSW).
