Nejmi has over 20 years’ experience in the retail property industry, with broad experience across multiple property disciplines, including Asset and Property Management, Development, Leasing, omnichannel strategy and delivery, and stakeholder relations.

Prior to joining Haben, Nejmi was Head of Property at Woolworths Group, setting and delivering the online strategy, fostering strong partnerships with investors, and key stakeholders. Nejmi has also held senior roles with 151 Property (a subsidiary company of Blackstone), Scentre Group and David Jones.

As Fund Manager, Nejmi focuses on driving value for investors, tenants, and local communities. By engaging with diverse stakeholders, she implements strategic practices that ensure operational excellence and strong financial returns across the Haben portfolio.

Nejmi holds a master’s degree in business with a focus on organisational sustainability and international business alongside a Bachelor of Business Management and Administration from Western Sydney University. She is a GAICD member with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
