National Manager - Major Tenant Leasing

Caitlin is a property leader with more than 20 years' experience in retail property, specialising in major tenant leasing, retail development and asset strategy. She has held senior roles with Stockland, Brookfield Properties and Walker Corporation and has extensive experience negotiating and delivering complex transactions with Australia's leading retailers.

As National Manager – Major Tenant Leasing at Haben, Caitlin leads major tenant negotiations across the portfolio and works closely with development, asset management and investment teams to deliver leasing outcomes that enhance customer experience and create long-term asset value. Her expertise spans lease structuring, development agreements, precinct repositioning and strategic retail planning.

Caitlin holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from Kaplan, a Graduate Diploma of Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Built Environment from Queensland University of Technology. She is also a member of the Property Council of Australia's Cities Committee.
