Yvette Costas brings over 25 years of expertise in Development Management, Tenancy Delivery, and Design Management to Haben. She has successfully overseen national development pipelines, provided strategic direction, and delivered asset-driven place outcomes.

Yvette has held key roles at Lend Lease, Scentre Group, and Stockland. Her extensive experience spans various retail assets, from shopping centres to globally recognised urban regeneration precincts such as Barangaroo South, Darling Square, and Sydney Place.

As National Tenancy Delivery and Design Manager, Yvette leads a team responsible for all tenancy works, including fit-outs, make-goods, refurbishments, and property works. Her team manages budgets, timelines, quality standards, safety, and sustainability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
