Leata has over 14 years of experience in Operations, Risk Management and Security within the Retail industry. She brings expertise in developing process, structure and systems, with a strong capability in leading compliance and security frameworks. Leata has a proven track record in strengthening controls, uplifting capability, and embedding consistent operating standards across complex portfolios.

Leata has held senior roles across Scentre Group and QIC, including 10 years at Scentre Group where she led Risk and Security operations across six Queensland assets. Most recently, she oversaw Security and intelligence for 22 assets at QIC, driving security strategy, governance and operational efficiencies across a national portfolio.

As National Tenancy Delivery and Design Manager at Haben Property Fund, Leata is responsible for coordinating and driving the Tenancy Design and Delivery program, overseeing Retail Design Standards and managing building works to ensure efficient, high‑quality tenancy delivery outcomes.
