Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to fostering positive workplace cultures, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organisational success.
Jaclyn has held roles in both the private and public sectors, as well as in start-ups and scale-ups, primarily within the property industry. She is also a certified yoga teacher, passionate about creating a productive and supportive environment that enables people to thrive both professionally and personally.
As People & Culture Manager, Jaclyn is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle and supporting the business through its rapid growth.
