Clare has over 20 years of experience in sustainability management across the built environment in both the private and public sectors. In key roles at Lendlease, Goodman Group, and Abacus Property, Clare led net-zero and sustainability strategy development, implementation, and reporting.

As National ESG Manager at Haben, Clare is responsible for driving the implementation and governance of Haben’s ESG strategy. Known for a vibrant and pragmatic approach, Clare excels in stakeholder engagement and partnering with senior leaders to build strategic partnerships that advance ESG initiatives.

Clare has received multiple industry and government awards for leadership in net-zero, climate resilience, and sustainability innovation. Passionate about mentoring graduates and younger women in the industry, Clare helps to build their confidence and leadership skills.

Clare holds a degree in Environmental Studies, a Graduate Certificate in Environment and Planning, and she has completed the highly regarded Centre for Sustainability Leadership Fellowship. An active and adventurous individual, Clare loves spending time outdoors – surfing, skateboarding, cycling to work, and snow skiing.
