National Operations Manager

Amanda has had an extensive career in operations within the retail property industry having worked across various national accounts with JLL, and most recently with AMP Capital. Amanda was Operations Manager for Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast for over five years which is one of Australia’s largest shopping centres and most recently a Divisional Operations Manager overseeing QLD, VIC and NZ.

Amanda is passionate about leading innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability within the property industry. Amanda was recognised by the Property Council of Australia, in 2019 winning the QLD Inaugural Emerging Retail Property Professional of the Year Award.

As National Operations Manager Amanda is responsible for our Shopping Centre Operations, Compliance, ESG Strategy, National Procurement, Capital Works and Tenancy Design & Delivery.
