Wollongong Central is located 85km south west of the Sydney CBD. Wollongong Central comprises a gross lettable area (GLA) of 54,919 sqm and offers the region’s only David Jones, Mecca Maxima and H&M stores, key mini-majors and an enviable specialty offering. These tenants, together with Coles and Target provide security of income and a key point of difference to competing centres within the region. The centre is the pre-eminent destination within the region for nationally recognised brands and notably, 90% of the GLA is occupied by national or chain tenants, underwriting 82% of the Centre’s annual income.

Between 2012-2017 there was approximately $325 million in investment into Wollongong Central which delivered brand new David Jones, West Keira development, dining and entertainment precincts to the Centre.
