Croydon Central recently completed a major redevelopment, expanding the fresh food, specialty, and services mix. In addition, a completely new dining offering launched, consisting of an indoor-outdoor dining precinct.

The strategy for the asset involved increasing the income from repositioning and remixing the retail and the introduction of a mix of uses including residential townhouses, childcare and medical tenancies.
